1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Soko you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The marketplace
Soko is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent vendors. The vendor is the seller of the products it lists and is responsible for them. Soko facilitates the transaction, payment and communication but is not the seller of vendor products.
3. Your account
You register with your phone number and are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Orders and prices
Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is confirmed when accepted. Prices are shown in Mauritanian ouguiya (MRU) and may change. Products are subject to availability.
5. Payment
Payments are made through our supported methods (including BPay/Bankily). You authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout, including per-vendor shipping.
6. Delivery
Each vendor sets its own shipping options and rates; a cart with items from several vendors is charged shipping per vendor. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, submit false information, infringe others' rights, or use Soko for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Liability
Soko acts as an intermediary. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for the quality of vendor products or for indirect or incidental damages.
